My wife Katie makes the most incredible bacon you've ever tasted. I guarantee it! You put the bacon on a cookie sheet rack and sprinkle brown sugar and lots of black pepper on it, then cook it in the oven until it looks done. It sounds weird but it tastes AMAZING!!!
